Dinner – Shrimp and chorizo skewer with horseradish cream, tuna tartar over cucumber noodles, prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe ball and finished with chilled roasted red pepper soup. Main of red wine braised short ribs with thyme roasted sweet potatoes and cauliflower purée.
